Wilson Daniel Associate

Wilson practices in the areas of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. In his practice, Wilson employs the insight and experience he gained during his time as a federal law clerk to strategize and problem-solve in ways that best serve his clients.

Wilson graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

In law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and the Order of the Coif, served as an academic tutor and peer mentor, and received the Dean’s Medallion. Prior to joining Duffy & Young, Wilson served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David C. Norton on the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Wilson volunteers as an intake attorney for Charleston Legal Access, a nonprofit law firm that provides legal services in underserved communities. He is also a member of the South Carolina and Charleston Bar Associations. A Charleston native, Wilson lives in West Ashley with his wife, Sarah, and their son, and he enjoys playing tennis, cooking on the grill, and being with his family.
