Lee Anne Walters is an experienced advocate with a diverse background. Since joining Duffy & Young as an Associate in 2008, Lee has represented individuals with serious injuries in pursuit of their claims, homeowners associations addressing construction issues, and has continued her work on securities fraud claims. Lee also assists business owners in defense of commercial claims and products liability actions.

Lee brings to our civil litigation practice her experience with a preeminent plaintiff's firm. A South Carolina native, Lee began her legal career representing shareholders in federal class action securities cases, shareholder derivative suits, and suits arising out of mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience with complex environmental and product liability cases.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Lee worked as a counselor and advocate for children and families in communities throughout the Charleston area.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clemson University and a Master's Degree in Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Lee is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and is a member of the Charleston County Bar.
